Bowmotor 2 / BOW 2
Der Bowmotor ‚2‘ 5000rpm/6.8HP Motor ist ein Upgrade von unserem Bowmotor ‚1‘. Dieser Motor ist 196mm lang x 112mm und hat 20 Splines. Dieser Motor passt an alle TDS Winden, 8274, Gigglepin und Redwinch, aber bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Motoren 21mm länger sind als der Standardmotor. Prüfen Sie also bitte, ob Sie Platz in Ihrem Montagesatz haben. Diese Motoren passen auch an die Superwinch Husky, aber die Länge könnte ein Problem in Ihrem Montagesatz sein. Sie sind in 12 und 24 Volt erhältlich und werden mit den Standard-Motorbolzen geliefert. BITTE BEACHTEN SIE, DASS DIESE MOTOREN NICHT AUF WARN 9.5Ti, 9.5CTi oder HS9500 passen.
The Bow motor 2 6.8HP is available 12V can be universally fitted to most electric winches as long as the winch mounting can accommodate the motors additional length. Designed to provide high power & torque levels with incredible reliability & at a respectable price tag.
The Bow motor 2 as also features a low amperage draw when compared to other commonly used motors such as the Warn XP 6HP unit.
These motors offer greater high speed and mid range torque and have a faster off line retrieval speeds than the Bowmotor 1 and are similar to the Warn XP. The Bowmotor 2 is a very resilient motor and is favoured for “over-volting” (this is when 24v is passed through 12v motors) by many top crews.
This motor does not like to be stalled and will be damaged if this happens. The motor has an ‘O’ ring seal on the end cap to waterproof it and we recommend sealing the F1, F2 and A terminals with silicon sealant upon fitment.
These motors feature heavy duty copper armature windings, which are copper welded to the commutator, with highly efficient roller bearings at each end.
Four enormous long lasting brushes enable the motor to run cooler.
