RockJock High Steer Knuckles 
Unsere neuen High Steer Achsschenkel sind für die Verwendung an Serienachsen oder Achsen mit den originalen inneren C-Achsschenkeln vorgesehen und werden in Kombination mit all unseren anderen High-Steer-Komponenten verwendet. So erhalten Sie ein Komplettpaket, das alles Notwendige für die höhere Lenkposition bietet, alle Geometriepunkte anpasst und die einfache Installation eines hydraulischen Lenkzylinders oder eines Stabilisators ermöglicht!
Die Achsschenkel werden in jeder Hinsicht nach höheren Standards als die Originalteile gefertigt. Zu den Merkmalen gehören hochwertige Eisengussteile, eine glänzend schwarze Oberfläche und präzise Bearbeitung für eine Montage wie ab Werk. Zusätzliche, verstellbare Lenkanschläge vor der Achse sorgen für jederzeit feste Lenkanschläge an beiden Rädern in Längsrichtung und entlasten so andere Bauteile.
Für optimale Ergebnisse empfehlen wir dringend, diese Achsschenkel zusammen mit einem unserer Achsschenkel-Kits zu verwenden, die alle weiteren Komponenten für eine einfache Montage enthalten. Unser Kit RJ-430000-101 beinhaltet eine geschmiedete, hochbewegliche Spurstange, eine 42-mm-Spurstange aus Chrom-Molybdän-Stahl, eine JL/JT-Panhardstange sowie die Halterungen und Klemmen für den Einbau eines hydraulischen Lenkzylinders. Alternativ bieten wir die Kits RJ-430001-101 und RJ-430001-101 an, die dieselbe Spurstange und Spurstange sowie die Halterungen und Klemmen enthalten, um den Lenkungsdämpfer in einer deutlich höheren, geschützten Position zu montieren. Kits, die den Lenkungsdämpfer beibehalten, sind mit oder ohne unseren längeren, geschmiedeten und organisch geformten JL/JT-Vorderachs-Stabilisator RJ-9120FJLF erhältlich (für 16 mm mehr Verschränkung!). Die Verwendung unseres verstellbaren Anschlagpuffer-Kits RJ-107101-101 wird dringend empfohlen, um den maximalen Federweg nach oben, wie vom Hersteller vorgesehen, zu ermöglichen.

RockJock High Steer Knuckles for all JK Wrangler and Unlimited vehicles are a game changer! These new knuckles raise both the tie rod and drag link 2 3/4 in. as well as pushing the tie rod outward, away from the axle slightly, allowing for tighter (JL/JT) steering angle over that of stock JK and 1 ton axles.
For use on factory axles or axles that retain factory inner C-knuckles, our new high steer knuckles are intended for use with in conjunction with all of our other high steer components, to give you a package that provides everything necessary to accommodate the higher steering location, adjust all geometry points and allow you to easily install a hydraulic assist steering ram, or to reinstall a stabilizer shock!
Knuckles are manufactured to greater than OEM standards in every way. Features include premium iron castings, gloss black finish and precise machining for a component that installs just like factory. Additional adjustable steering stops ahead of the axle have been added, giving you firm, fore and aft steering stops on both wheels at all times, easing strain on other components.
For best results, it is highly recommended that these knuckles be used in conjunction with one of our knuckle kits that include all of the other components to make this installation easy. Our RJ-430000-101 kit includes a forged, high articulation Drag Link, a 42mm chromoly Tie Rod, a JL/JT Trac Bar as well as the bracket and clamp kits to allow you to install a hydraulic assist steering ram. We also offer our RJ-430001-101 and RJ-430001-101 kits that include the same Drag Link and Tie Rod, as well as the bracket and clamp kits to allow you to reinstall your steering stabilizer shock at a much higher, protected height. Kits that retain the steering stabilizer shock are available with or without our longer RJ-9120FJLF forged, organically shaped JL/JT front trac bar (for 5/8 in. higher articulation!).
Use of our RJ-107101-101 adjustable front bump stop kit is strongly encouraged to allow for maximum up-travel, as engineered.

Fitment Specs.:

• For use on any factory JK Dana 30 or Dana 44 front differential, or any aftermarket replacement axle that features factory specification inner C-knuckles
• Retains factory ball joints, unit bearings, outer axles, brakes and dust shields.
• Intended to be used with a minimum of a 17 in. diameter wheel and up to a 6 in. wheel backspacing.
• A minimum of a 2.2 in. bump stop extension is mandatory to keep components from crashing under full articulation range conditions. See our RJ-107101-101 adjustable front bump stop kit for an easy to use solution.

Notes:

• For optimum performance of these knuckles, we recommend purchasing them in one of our kits that provide the balance of the components for ease of use. See our kits: RJ-430000-101, RJ-430001-101 and RJ-430001-103.
• These knuckles were designed in conjunction with and intended for use with our JK-9704 steering system.
  ** These knuckles may or may not work with stock or other aftermarket tie rods and drag links - we have not done that testing!
